We love our Wausau home built by Larry Oaks and Acorn Builders of Nisswa.Larry was a constant positive force during a time filled with Covid 19 impacts, building material outages, labor shortages, and exploding costs.Larry coordinated an array of highly skilled local subcontractors, most of whom have worked with him for years.We have had many relatives and friends tour our new home and most have a jaw dropping experience. Larry is responsive, calm and attentive. He and his familly treated us with repect and transparency. Building projects are always messy and filled with uncertainty. Larry and his team did everything they could to make it work. Even things above and beyond like towing semis out of our lot during an early snow storm with an excavator! Use Larry and Wausau

Larry Oaks was easy to work with during our build. He had great ideas that have led to great functionality in our home.
