My insurance company matched me with fishhook towing and they did a great job. I just needed a jump start and they had a powerful enough pack that started my F150 right away. There was an issue with the phone number my insurance company gave to the towing company so they were not able to contact me, however, it's not their fault in this situation. They were very quick and got the job done.

My insurance sent out Fishhook Towing for a flat tire. He changed it and put the spare on. I went to a tire place and needed a new tire - after the tire place was done they were unable to put spare back under car. They stated something was missing and that maybe it was broken when the removed it. Nope - they were the idiots and Fishhook came back three days later and put the spare back. They went above and beyond - and they are my favorite towing company and as for the tire place - not going there again!
