As a first time homebuyer I was super nervous about buying a home and wasn't sure what I needed to inspect. I thought I would need my sewers checked but Kimi suggested that I save that money because the home I had was less than 50 years old and she was even willing to look at my HOA documents to assess if I needed that service. Kimi was quick in communicating for scheduling, very thorough in their inspection, and helped answer questions along the way. The final home report was also thorough, helpful and delivered the same day as the inspection.
