I’ve been meaning to write this review for months because I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Samira’s Hair Salon! She was able to fit me in quickly, and from the very beginning, she listened to my hair goals while prioritizing the health and integrity of my hair. I had a history of using black box dye and had been dying my hair darker with box dye for a few years. She is incredibly knowledgeable about color theory, and I really appreciated how she was able to use that knowledge to help me achieve the color I wanted while setting realistic expectations for how light we could go during our first appointment, while maintaining the quality of my hair.

I love Samira’s work every single time! I went in so nervous about being judged for experimenting at home and damaging my hair, but she made me feel completely at ease. She fixed it beautifully and I left having the best day.
She’s got years of experience and knows how to handle every hair type under the sun — big-sister energy when she’s teaching and dropping solid advice, little-sister energy when she just makes you feel good and cared for.
I went back for coloring and highlights couple weeks later and had another happy day!
The price and the drive are so worth it. Absolute gem — highly recommend!
