After years of slapping bandaids on my home’s HVAC system just to get by, we finally bit the bullet and had Sam arrange for us a total revamp- new ac, new furnace, and adding an second vent to each of our 3 upstairs bedrooms. Also zoning our home into two sections. After some tweaking of the system, this crazy summer heat has passed us by without us blinking. I haven’t needed to change a thermostat setting or anything for weeks through this heat. It’s so satisfying just having a system that works!! And Dustin performed some type of magic getting ductwork almost 20 ft through my ceiling without tearing out all of the Sheetrock!! Definitely recommend this...read full review

I just wanted to thank Adam and his crew for addressing my air conditioning issue quickly and with total professionalism this summer. A couple weeks later, I had a landscaping project begin and the landscaper needed the AC unit moved away from the house, and again, Nilson’s prioritized that without warning. I’d highly recommend them, and the office staff are incredible too!
