Wow, talk about AMAZING customer service. We had a power outage and our water pressure stopped. I called Hartmann on a Sunday afternoon, because their name is on our tanks in the basement of the house we bought. They answered the phone—asked a few questions and helped us through the issue in a matter of minutes. You don’t get this kind of service now a days.

Hartmann Well Drilling is a great company to work with. From the initial contact to the completion of the project, the experience was exceptional. We required replacement of drop pipes, the well pump, pressure switch, and control box. Wade demonstrated extensive knowledge and took the time to thoroughly address my questions and explain the processes involved. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Hartmann Well for any preventative maintenance measures and the occasional house call. They set my well in 1984 and it still performs strong after 45 years! Outstanding field and customer service!
