Didn't seem to know tica had issues with a shot we had a few years ago. They said she was due for this shot I thought it was a shot she did not do well with they gave it anyway. Tica was shacking hid under furniture. Didn't know if maybe she was serious sick. Obviously called , got medicine and Benadryl at that point. Wasn't sent home the medicine from the beginning.

Our cat was seen by Dr. Potter and assisted by Vet Tech Ashley for his wellness exam and nail trim. Dr. Potter is very caring compassionate, she thoroughly explained what our cat has developed and the treatment that would suit is condition. Vet Tech Ashley was wonderful with our buddy when assisting Dr Potter. Ashley knew how to go about trimming our cat's nails, due to him Not liking his paws getting touched. He was not stressed at all afterwards. Ply Hts Pet Hospital has treated us well since we started bringing our two cat to them! Thank you so much Dr. Potter & Vet Tech Ashley!

We have never had a bad experience here in the almost 10 years we’ve been coming. The veterinarians, techs, and other staff are superb. And they treat our Dolly like the total queen that she really is.

This hospital was great! I found a kitten in the middle of the night and was able to book an appointment immediately to get her checked out. The staff there was very kind, helpful, and did a great job answering my questions and giving options for how to best move forward with the kitten. Her owners ended up being located, but I will definitely be coming back here for any future pets!

Everyone here is amazing especially Dr. Alison Millis who goes above and beyond to accommodate and care for my Great Dane who has fear based aggression towards vets and only vets. I was waiting for her to say find another vet but she didn't she instead accommodated and respected him and continues to provide him with the care and treatment he needs. Thank You Dr. Millis!

My cat is an absolute disaster (angry, hissing, agitated) at the vet and the Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital Team handles him and deals with his tantrums better than any place we've been before. They're certified fear free and have dedicated cat rooms which is great. We had an episode of illness recently and not only did they get him in same day for a sedated exam but were also able to fix the problem. Their communication and follow up post tooth removal was also excellent!
