Elijah was great! He was so informative—didn’t leave out any details at all and did a thorough job. Very professional and got everything done in a timely manner.
It seems to always happen on a Friday near the end of day when your floor drain clogs. Roto-Rooter was here in less than an hour and the drain was working within 20 minutes. So grateful that I can always rely on Roto-Rooter.
Two service calls. On first one, Adam was unable to fix it. He setup Chris to come back. Chris showed up and knew what to do. Adam actually stopped by on his way home and was able to help. Appreciated the effort.
