I wasted time coming here, stretching for 10 minutes in the sonar room, and walking out to hit the ball court. These people have locked up the court. I'm starting to dislike that LA Fitness. I don't care about working out; I want to put up some shots. It's therapeutic for me to do my workout routine. Those who love the game understand that if y'all are going to restrict the court because grown men don't know how to behave, might as well close the court permanently. So members like me who travel for work know not to stop here.

Modern, clean, never too crowded, and the equipment is rarely out of order. If you're scared away by the surrounding neighborhood, don't be. I've never felt unsafe here, and I grew up in the suburbs

This is one of the nicer LAF locations in the area. The functional training area is bigger and better than most of the LAF's. I like that they have Life Fitness brand ellipticals, Star Trac brand leg press, and two C2 brand rowers. They also have a few Olympic lifting racks which is nice, although all their racks and cable fly machines fill up quickly, so I would like to see more of those available. This location is always a bit annoyingly crowded in the barbell/dumbbell/cable area. Some additional downsides that could use improvement: basketball gym closes at 8 pm, machines are often covered in dust, child center is no longer open, lack of dumbbells in lower ranges under 10 lbs, and few to no bands. I've only been to a handful of classes here, but of those, I really enjoyed the Saturday morning yoga class. It was a nice mix of moderate level of core/stability work and relaxing stretching all to a Vinyassa style flow. It would be nice if LAF gyms had a yoga specific studio that had more of a relaxing yoga vibe to it. Overall this location is pretty decent for an LAF, but LAF in general is pretty mediocre and are almost always over crowded in the free weight areas.

The operations manager was very quick to help me resolve my issue and the gym is always clean. Great price point as well.

Gym is 2 warm and 2 packed. Also gym is on the smaller side. Not great air flow
