I’ve had 3 projects completed by Twin Cities Closets over the past 6 months. Working with Brittney in the Mound location has been a delight. She found space that I didn’t know I had! Every installation has been a surprise to learn how much space can be made available. We’ve done our primary bedroom closet, a storage closet with additional work space, and our laundry/mud room. Each project exceeded our expectations both in terms of quality of finishes, and excellent design and installation. This is the second time we’ve used TC Closets - they are the best! We had two kids bedrooms done with shelving and double hangs. We also had a larger project in our guest room that included building a wardrobe unit with side by side French door closet and drawers. Craftsmanship is amazing - the wardrobe piece took a very basic room and made it look elevated. I’ve also been incredibly impressed with the cost. For the quality of work, excellent customer service and overall results I think the cost is inexpensive. It might surprise you how easy and cost effective it is to do a couple closets - so try them! Actually, I'm unsure how to articulate how utterly and completely impressed I am with this company!! They are responsive, professional, excellent in every way, local, completely custom and high-quality product, expertly installed only two weeks after placing my order, and worked within my budget. Our designer, Amy was highest quality - lowest pressure - kind and helpful. Our installers, Chad and John, were amazing. The company owner was so kind and accommodating. Every step of the way we were communicated with for exactly what to expect. I smile every time I walk into my closet.
