We had excellent service from Bill Otten! He performed a home inspection for rodent(squirrel) invasion into our 110 year old home and provided education and options for us to consider. Bill was very thorough and conscientious, and really gave clear explanations of our needs. We were grateful for his professional service!!
Jason was the tech that performed the mice baiting/extermination service. He was friendly, earnest, and nonjudgmental. He was also informative and answered all our questions. We will try to update in a few weeks regarding effectiveness.
The rodent intrusion inspector was highly skilled and thorough in identifying and uncovering entry points. He then developed a plan that he thoroughly explained for sealing entry points and for trapping the rodents. He is excellent. Highly recommend Abra Kadabra!!
