I called Dauer Heating/Cooling when my furnace stopped running. He went above and beyond to get my furnace back in working order. Not only did he show up quickly, he went out to get more parts needed. When I realized my thermostat went out right after he left, he came right back to help me. This company cares about its customers. I highly recommend them and will continue to call them in the future.
