Purchased a house that was listed by Rentz Realty. Previous home owners didn't move out until 24 hrs after closing... they also took the numbers off the front of the house that were attached, took curtain rods out of the master bedroom that were also attached, and left a giant dent in the wall going downstairs from reckless moving... I reached out to my realtor and she emailed Mr.Rentz 3 times bringing up these concerns and we never heard a single thing. The previous homeowners also left an ottoman in our basement and 2 months later contacted me to get it back...
