I have Home Serve that I've paid on for years. Air conditioning went out on the hottest days in Redwood Falls on a Wednesday (Aug 13th) evening & we called immediately. Long story short NO ONE ever called even though I called every day. Late Friday I called Kerkhoff & left a message. Saturday morning he called me and came out himself on a Saturday (w/his family in the car) and fixed it (replaced capacitor) even though we were not home (our son met him). We just received our bill and it was beyond reasonable for taking time out of his weekend! I've already told others about him and will continue to... he's now our 1st call when something breaks!
