We have used them a number of times for kenneling our doberman, Mocha. Every time we drive down that road he gets super excited and he is always happy and will cared for when we pick him up. Communication is usually really easy either by phone or text.
Took excellent care of my dogs. Many times. Very personable. Wonderful.
