Zane at the Moorhead Zips did a phenomenal job at prewash prep. He is the first person working for Zips that actually seemed to take pride/care how he does his job. Not just go through the motions. Zane took the time/effort to throughly clean the wheel wells on my truck. Haven't got that at any other Zips location. Well maybe with the Moorhead location when they first opened If all Zips locations had people like Zane working there i might actually get a membership.

I really like going to ZIPS generally. I was really excited when they opened a location in South Fargo. Because the only other location is the one in moorhead, and it's literally on the edge of town. However with so many drive-through car wash options in the Fargo-Moorhead area, these businesses really need to be competitive. Zips is the only one that offers The cleaning solutions and the rags to do the interior. However the one in South Fargo had towels that smelled like a dirty sock I guess due to the washing machines that they used over there versus the one in Moorhead so I left for a while and decided to return because like I said they're the only ones with... read full review
