“My very recent experience with Valley Vet was a 10/10. My lab became ill and I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to see her right away. After using information from the ER vet from over the weekend and their new imaging, Dr Haroldson diagnosed a stomach blockage. She was very thorough in her exam and possible outcomes and was able to get her in the for emergency surgery. Her assistant, Vicky, was a great help as well and took a lot of time explaining all the pertinent information from risks and what to expect from the procedure and with post op instructions. They followed up throughout the week to see how Annie was doing. Very good surgery and the outcome has been great. Without their expertise and thoroughness, the outcome could have easily been very different. Also, Brittany up front was very kind and pleasant to visit with.
