“Moorhead Plumbing & Heating is the best! My basement drain backed up with stinky, dirty, standing water. I called and left a voicemail, I think it was not more than 30 minutes, they called back, and within 15, had arrived, quickly assessed the situation, and got to work. I was dreading the worst--excavation of my yard, replacement of my line, etc., but they had used their tools to remedy the situation and made sure everything drained properly. My parents, who owned this house before me, had been loyal customers of another company in town. I'm now a loyal customer of Moorhead Plumbing & Heating for the home's needs, moving forward. The professionalism with which they work, and that they left the affected area in the basement cleaner than when they arrived was a touch above the rest. Finally, I know if I'd used my parents' old company, the price would not have been as fair and reasonable as theirs, and I'd question the quality of the work--not so with Moorhead Plumbing & Heating! Five stars all the way! I'd give them ten, if it were an option! Thank you Moorhead Plumbing & Heating, not only did they fix a harrowing problem, they gave me the peace of mind of knowing who I'll be calling for any and all of my home's plumbing and HVAC needs down the road. And yes, I'm going to tell everyone I know that if they need a plumber, they need to call Moorhead Plumbing & Heating. Doing otherwise would be a disservice to their home.“

“1st of all, I called with some questions about my current sump pump. Nora answered and said I could ask her the questions. I did and she answered with knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised. I then asked for somebody to stop out, look at my current setup and give me an estimate for a new pump. Tyler showed up within a couple hours, we talked about my current setup and we came to the conclusion that I should probably put in a new system. He have me a quote, had a new pump with him, so I asked him to install it. He finished the installation, quick easy (for him) and clean. I paid with my CC and he was on his way.
