My experience with Express Carpet cleaners was excellent. They were very friendly and explained things as they worked. They really care about doing a good job and having satisfied customers. I would schedule carpet cleaning through them again.
I contacted Express Carpet Cleaners on Yelp. The owner was quick in responding to my questions and gave me a quote after asking a few questions about the size, location and if I wanted cloth blinds cleaned. Following the info I was given a very reasonable quote and the company scheduled me all online. A few days prior to the selected date I got a txt from the company confirming the date. The day of the cleaning I got a txt explaining when they would be there. I left the door unlocked as I had moved out and there was nothing in the apartment. Express carpet cleaners did an amazing job on our carpets that were stained underneath with dog urine. Allen made sure the stains were gone as well as the oder . I highly recommend express carpet cleaners.
