Ashton came and snagged me and my car very quickly and got us to the shop. Great service, reasonable price, and great conversation on a day that was not going as I planned. I'd definitely recommend them.
Ed's is always top notch for speedy and educated service. I had Tyler come out to help with two trucks being moved and he was very professional, friendly, went out of his way to help us and made the towing process super easy. He is definitely someone to be proud of having as an employee!
From the ladies that answer in the dispatch to the tow truck drivers that I dealt with, all of them were so kind. They handled my anxieties and my disabilities with such kindness and grace. I wish I could give more than five stars.I needed my car towed, and I was nervous about having to stand outside and wait while it was getting done due to being on oxygen. But the ladies in dispatch we're very kind and let me know that they will let the drivers know. When he arrived, he came inside and got my keys. Rather then having me come out. His was the flatbed and I guess they were supposed to dispatch a different truck, so he came back and let me know that he was going to leave...read full review
