Obviously crappy situation when your car won't start but I was pleased with the tow truck driver of truck 256. Seemed jovial. Happy to teach me why he was opening my hood (to disengage the battery so the parking brake wouldn't automatically come on). Seemed to like his job. One nice thing about a crappy situation:)

Carter absolutely took care of us, in a pinch. He’s was able to ensure our vehicle was safely loaded, and got it over to the service station even after working hours. Traveling out of town and was thankful to have competent, helpful service from the Aggressive Towing team - thanks, Carter!
