I was referred to this optical team several years ago. The target team that works there is helpful and friendly. Hoesung takes my glasses measurements and offers me chocolates, she is really friendly. I also enjoy my visits with Dr Bailey-he is friendly, knowledgeable and good at his craft.
Susie did great today, both with pre testing and helping find some glasses that actually fit, going over the different sizes. Really did great presenting all options but no high pressure sales on things I didn't want/need.
Doctor was great to, I don't recall the name as she was a fill in but did fantasticl. Good to know even when Dr Bailey and Simmons are out they still get excellent help to cover.
It was a very busy day for them from the moment you walked in you were greeted with a friendly face asking you how they could help you everyone there is simply just wonderful. They have an amazing selection of frames to choose from they will even help you out if you are unsure what looks good or what style to pick. Thank you for all that you guys do.
