From the front desk staff to the techs to Dr. Bailey I have always had exceptional care when at this location. They are very professional and helpful. I especially appreciate Dr. Bailey’s personal attention to me and my needs. He always is very kind and asks me about my life while there and makes me feel like a person and not just a number. I would highly recommend his clinic to others.
Sam Sykes and Hoesung Herrmann are great employees! Both are kind, easy to communicate with, and make you feel totally comfortable. As I am a minor who goes to optical frequently to get my glasses cleaned or just say hi, they both are always so welcoming and try to give me a second of their time even if they are busy. My glasses are always as cleans as when I first got them! (Also Sam is my best friends mother, so extra points for putting up with our crazy antics!😄)
Thank you to you both!
