Say they will take your case on yet won’t return calls even after they got all supporting documents. Won’t follow through with what they say let alone call you back when they say their going to. Been 2 months and still haven’t filed my paperwork like they said they would. Don’t waste your time here

I was fairly young and situationally inexperienced when I went through a divorce. My family guided me toward Nelson Oyen Torvik, but Stephen was not a family law attorney. He was a litigator I believe and just had me agree to what my ex's lawyer presented.Four years later I went through a custody dispute and my new "family law" attorney looked at the agreement Stephen had me agree to with disgust, saying for four years, I didn't even have the LEGAL MINIMUM visitation days allotted to me.
