Wonderful experience with Jan at Twist. Extensions were quality and they made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. Having done extensions twice before, Twist was the best I have yet found. Solid bonds, great customer service, and very easy to work with. Very happy with the extensions and recommend. I came to Jan desperate for something for my hair, and I didn't know if I had any options. Jan's work in walking me through the wig process, in ordering and preparing the wig, and then in getting it ready for me in our appointment was so incredible and it really left me feeling "wow."
