I have had very good experiences with Tide Cleaners. My reason for a 4 is that their pricing is quite high. Yes, they have coupons once in a while that help, but to spend $40 to wash a rug that's too big for my home washer ( and I only paid $10 for it!) is quite a lot!

The both ladies at the front counter - at drop off & pickup - were very cheerful and asked how my day was going. I am very pleased with their services. I take advantage of the discounts Tide sends in an email.

Friendly service! I have used Tide Cleaners two times now and they have come back beautifully cleaned. One was my husband's golf driver cover that was custom made to look like our dog. It was extremely dirty and it came back like brand new! My white bedspread came back spotless. Not a problem for me, but let them know if you don't want scent in your items. Bonus: my bedspread came back to me in the neatest carrying case that I can re-use over and over for storing various things: wreaths, sheets, blankets, etc. Very nice and unexpected. They are locally owned and I will conto use them!
