I was 6 minutes late and was told that they would have to check and see if they could see me. They had that I was 7 minutes late. I normally go to the Chaska office. They did agree to see me so I was very appreciative and they worked me in to a cancellation appointment slot. My Goal is to say something that will make Dr. Docktor chuckle or at least smile. So far no luck after 4 appointments with some of my best material. However, Chad Docktor is highly efficient and good at what he does. One day I will maybe get a smile out of him after saying something witty. I have another opportunity in January 2025. Fingers crossed!

Dr. Freed has worked very hard to try to solve unique challenges I have with dry eye, due to a case of Bels Palsey, I had years ago. I depend on him and the staff of Southwest Eye Care.
