I have never met a better nail technician than Cindy (the owner of Royal Nails). I live in St. Paul and I drive almost an hour to see her—when I have plenty of options closer to me—just because I value her skill and expertise so much. I've gotten my nails done at nail salons for over a decade now and I've never had acrylics that last as long as they do when I get my nails done here. Cindy is meticulous in her work and can bring to life any design you ask her to.
