Recently went to Drs. North and Watson just for an annual eye exam and to get a new prescription for contacts. During my appt, they were training someone new to use the machines. While the primary eye doctor was there supervising, the trainee was incredibly incompetent. What should've been 5mins to run these few tests took over 30. I had to ask multiple times for her to clarify what I was supposed to do during the tests. At one point the trainee even hit my eye with the machine. However the biggest issue was the front office staff - they were quick to complain about any inconvenience. Our whole family goes to Drs. North & Watson at Ridgedale Center. Great doctors and optical staff. Dr. Jay Olson is wonderful with our kids and put them at ease. I also like the convenience of scheduling the appointment online. I definitely recommend this practice.

My family and I have been going to the Ridgedale location for many years now. And we were happy with the doctors, especially with Dr. Olson. Unfortunately this last time we had an issue with how they process their insurance claims and Dr. North and Watson's office did not admit their mistake and did not even try to resolve this problem. As a matter of fact when I told the manager that we won't be coming back here anymore I didn't even get an eye contact or a sorry, but a slight shoulder shrug. I'm not saying this company is bad. I'm writing this review to warn you, that if you have an issue they will not resolve it. Clearly they do not appreciate... read full review
