I tried Massage Envy Ridgehaven today and Erica was an incredible therapist! She listened to my preferences and was calming and kind. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel at home.

Used to have good experiences here. Lately it's been impossible to schedule any massages and my past two that I scheduled were both cancelled on me. I scheduled the first one back in October and waited until December for the massage to only be cancelled. Scheduled another one for January only for it to be cancelled as well. I ended my membership and guess what? There is no way I'll be able to use my accrued services since scheduling is impossible. Don't waste your time here it's almost a scam.

My new favorite Massage Envy location! Super friendly front desk staff and management. Can't forget about the wonderful therapists!! The mai reason I will continue to go! Great location as well.
