We had a great experience with The Lisa Wells Team! It was our first mortgage, so we had a lot to learn. When starting out, we got pre-approval from 5+ lenders. We compared them all, and what stood out to us about the Lisa Wells team was: - It's a team - so while you do work with a few different people during the process, there's always someone available to talk to you. - They offer a $5,000 closing guarantee which we think helped us stand out as reliable buyers in this market. - They provide real estate reports, newsletters, and interactive home-buying dashboards to help you better understand the process. When the time came to put an offer in, the team was there to act quickly. And when our offer was accepted, the communication we received about each step to getting to the closing table was great. It was especially exceptional to work with Kario and Jennie during the process, and our initial chat with Lisa Wells was great as well. They made sure we got what we needed to get done during a very quick close. We may have been able to get a bit of a better rate with another team, and we did have some communication hiccups with a member of the team, but overall we had a great experience - especially as first time homebuyers. To top it all off, the team sent us a moving in care package with some helpful goodies, plus treated us to pizza to celebrate our closing!
