I had a superb experience with Lecy Brothers for the conversion of our 3 season room to an addition. I really appreciated the transparency of the planning and cost. Kevin Johnson had great attention to detail and excellent suggestions to carry out our family’s vision for the addition. Anthony Oberlander had wonderful suggestions to help make our addition appear as though it had always been a part of our home. I highly recommend Lecy Brothers for fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and great customer service.

I worked with Lecy Brothers on a second level renovation including building out a powder room into a full bathroom, adding a primary bedroom walk-in closet, finishing unfinished attic space, and painting/trimming the entire second level. They were clear and transparent about costs and timelines; the project manager was communicative and helpful in conversations about design/changes along the way; all of the Lecy staff who worked on the home were respectful of us living in the house during renovations; and all of the subcontractors were kind and respectful. I have now worked with Lecy Bros. on 2 large remodel projects and I am so happy with the experience and results. The first remodel phase included the entire lower level and bathrooms. They did such a great job that I came back for a kitchen remodel and an addition. The Lecy team is incredible! They are knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and the quality of work is excellent.
