Called for a tow service and Joe was there within 10 minutes, he’s cool as hell and was very quick and efficient, we ran into a few problems and he was able to get them figured out fast, he was careful and considerate of the car when he was towing it and gave me and my mom a ride up to the front to keep her from walking.

I had a wonderful experience with using Kustom Karriers. They were very knowledgeable. I got a flat tire on the side of the road and needed their help. They did an amazing job and showed they had a lot of experience. Even after fixing everything and I was on the way, the called 5 minutes later to make sure I was still okay and the spare donut I was on was working. I can't help but say how amazing they are and really appreciate all of their expertise.

I had a tire issue requiring a tow last week. I called AAA and they sent Kustom Karriers. I am sure glad that they did! Justin and his Kustom Karriers truck arrived within 20-30 minutes after I called in my issue. He was friendly and efficient as he prepared and hooked my car up to his truck, and courteous as he drove me to the nearby tire shop that I requested. If I need a tow in the future I will definitely call Kustom Karriers and hope they are available.
