My wife and I are traveling out of state, and wanted to get a cryo/normatec session in. Halo was amazing! They have great deals and the man who helped us Mike was so friendly and helpful! If we didn’t live out of state we’d absolutely be back again!
We tried cryotherapy for the first time last week and it was a (cold) blast! I can't wait to go back again. Their manager Jack was so informative and made the experience so much fun.
First off, don’t fear the cold!! It’s not painful and is more of a thrilling experience.The tech is in the room with you the whole time to distract you or crack jokes. Dancing around helps too!I have found that freezing helps a lot with my joint stiffness from overuse, and that I have a ton of energy afterwards (maybe from the adrenaline, the cold is refreshing either way, even in the winter).Lastly, the customer service is 10/10. They have been super accommodating with COVID-19, and even before that, were always helpful with questions and scheduling. Go check this place out!
