Minnetonka Elements has been an absolute savior to me! I have a chronic pain condition (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and have seen massage therapists all my life, and Joe is far and away one of the best I’ve ever come across. He asks questions, listens, is incredibly skilled at deep tissue work even in tough areas like the jaw and front of neck, tailors the massage for exactly your needs, and he is so so kind! He is “elite” status here which is an extra cost, but the work he does is more than worth it. Highly recommend.

They did make a small mistake that causeed a headache with the Eden Prairie location, but I'm still giving them 5 stars because of the level of professionalism and kindness shown by manager Angela. She fixed the problem within 48 hours and was very kind and honest through the whole process. Mistakes are made. We are human, but it's how this location dealt with the mistake that impressed me the most.
