What a fabulous place!!! I had been to 2 cellphone stores and was told I probably need a new phone. I went to this repair shop and the gentleman at the counter told me the cost of replacing the part I need but said let me see if I can just clean it out first. He went to the back and within 30 seconds, he was back with my phone. The issue was totally fixed!! I was so impressed. I highly recommend this spot!!! Thank you. Thank you.
I had been having problems charging my iPhone 14 and it finally got to the point where no cord would charge the phone. We were visiting family and my brother in law suggested calling CPR which I did and spoke with Jesse. He said bring it in and he'd check it out but thought it probably was the charging port that needed to be cleaned. Ten minutes later I was there, Jesse took the phone to the back and returned a minute later. Showing me the pile of lint that came out of the port. He solved the problem and there was no charge. I just left the CPR store in Minnetonka. Angel was truly an angel and helped me! I had accepted an update on messaging on my android and it completely messed things up. I could no longer receive or send messages and I couldn't go back to the previous version...I tried everything recommended online. Angel figured it out and wasn't even going to charge me anything! Highly recommend them and I will go back to them in a second for anything I need in the future!
