I am visiting from out of town and was having issues with wifi connection showing not available at all on laptop. Found Brads website and called. He got me right in, fixed my laptop in 30 minutes and recommended an accessory to order ( super inexpensive) as a back up if I run into any issues. His price was outstanding. I highly recommend this business!
Brad is amazing! He helped my elderly mom with various iPad and TV/wifi issues. I live 13 hours away from my mom and am so glad I discovered Brad while researching tech support for her in the Minneapolis area. First of all, Brad is very responsive, helpful, knowledgable, and patient. He is easy to work with and I appreciate that he follows up with additional information. My mom needed him for some tech help but also for some tutoring, which is a wonderful service to offer (for anyone but especially for seniors). Brad went above and beyond for my mom and really improved her situation.
Brad makes it so easy to deal with a computer that isn't performing the way it should. He never makes you feel bad because you are not very technical and explains everything so you can understand. When he is no longer there you know how to run the computer as if he was still there.
