Easy to drive to ..places to park..it's nice inside even at this time with a remodel. My hair stylist name is Emily and she made me feel comfortable, warm towels around my neck and shoulders while she was washing my hair, nice head massage with the shampoo. Went over my questions about the haircut. Very courteous. This was a awesome experience and my new go to person. Thank You Emily for making my experience exceptional!!!

I've been going to stylist Anna here for quite a few years. My hair is not always easy to deal with, but Anna always does a good job. She is friendly without being pushy or overly chatty, which I appreciate. Once we had a miscommunication about what I wanted and she didn't charge me for the cut. It's pricier to go here than to go to a generic place, but the service is very good and they do a good job.

I have used Bay Salon for a few years now, with a few different stylists solely because I’m not able to book very far in advance. Everyone has always done a great job with my requests and making my hair look great. For the amount of time they spend with me and styling they do after the cut I think their prices are extremely reasonable.
