Dr.Stephen is a very gifted man, for those of us with traumatic brain injury after effects and issues... Highly Recommended, as much "I wish i lived closer to him" ;-)

I have Seen Steve and Bessie Arne for many years and experienced great success in my healing. Most recently, Dr. Steve introduced me to the Wei Whitee Patch For chronic pain in my hip and neck. For the first time in many years, my pain was relieved. The patches are expensive, but well worth it. I am continually impressed with the Arne’s knowledge and innovation they exhibit in their practice.
