Well everything started out great, Wade was a good salesman, all was great until work needed to be done then they ghosted us for several months but needless to say after almost 6 months of waiting and several emails to wade about our issues,we had Baldo come do our work on our house, he was amazing at what he does, great worker and very caring of our concerns, another shout out to Tod, he has been in contact with us to get our other issues fixed, these guys are over worked, but made time for us, would have been sooner but the boss man never communicated that to the workers, we paid alot of money for our forever home, we just wanted it to be done correct!!
Wade and Ren are superior salesmen. When it comes to commitment to your particular needs, these gentlemen are here to listen and produce. I am delighted with their professionalism. I just placed my order for a new home, and another review will be forthcoming when it arrives!
UPDATE 2/15/26...Our new home exceeds expectations! This custom home, is a dream. The view this home allows is incredible. We literally can see for miles. The hot tub is a fan favorite around here, and our woodburning fireplace smells, and looks so good. I recommend SKYLINE models, as these have a one year warranty. Wade was amazing! Very very helpful, answered all our questions and made some great suggestions. He gave us some paperwork and we forgot it when we left. We talked to Wade the next day and he emailed it to us right away. Great service!
