WM - Twin Cities Recycling, founded in 1968, is a reliable waste management company offering services like dumpster rental, curbside trash pickup, and recycling collection. Although WM may not be the cheapest option, their professionalism and reliability are recognized as valuable. Service often spotty, late or not at all. Waste yard pickup is limited to 10 bags per week which is very unrealistic. Having Monday pickup it’s hard to estimate how many bags we would have even if we wanted to add more and pay the per bag charge because they require it to be requested the prior business day. I rather have them pick up all bags and just tack on the per bag charge to my bill. I was stuck with 37 bags just sitting at the end of my driveway. Not cool.

If picking up a load, scale in and call # on scale. Do NOT go inside! They give you a dock door on the phone. Once done, scale out and call #. Then park and go back inside for papers.
The lady on the phone/office needs a serious attitude check. If it's your first time at this place, hopefully it's your last because asking any questions is an inconvenience. The plus side is they only took an hour to load and the guy who loaded me was very friendly and helpful. The docks are easy to get into as well
They do the basics of pickup up the trash reasonably well. The problem is in my neighborhood they don't have a strong hold so they just come and go as they please. Sometimes 1-2 days late. Its very frustrating.
