At least 3 people walked in without appointments but all 3 were serviced before me. The guy who eventually did my nails was new and very apologetic, offering a free design which i declined. I was pressed for time and couldn't try both services due to that, but Tran made it somewhat better. The young lady who works the desk was very friendly and gave me a 15 dollar gift card for my inconvenience. I will go back because I believe in 3 strikes.“
