Vida is my go-to for bodywork services. I've been working with Vernell for several years now and ALWAYS feel rejuvenated leaving. He is super knowledgeable and works hard to ensure you're comfortable. He is a top notch therapist. I highly recommend! Their head spa is super relaxing and refreshing as well!

I have only had a massage once years ago and it was not great so I never did it again. Now, this weekend I went and saw Beyonce two nights in a row and safe to say after walking, standing and dancing for 6+ hours in cowboy boots two nights in a row I decided to try getting one again. I booked an hour long deep tissue massage and it was an amazing experience. Vernell did a great job & was very experienced, he found knots I didn’t even know existed. Vida is magical. I have had deep tissue, relaxing, cupping, and scalp massage services. I leave her studio feeling like a new person. On top of her skillset, Vida is warm, kind, and personable. I cannot recommend enough! Best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had many.
