They did a great customer service. My only issue was the lack of cleaning done to my white shirts. Still have some dirty parts on them. But for the price you get, I suppose that will do. I’ll continue to come for the service, until proven otherwise. I hope this is taken as a constructive criticism in ways to make positive improvements in their service.

@US Cleaners - I hate to give this location 3 stars. I am mainly doing a horrible human who covers sometimes. She is Spanish speaking with absolutely stupid attitude and no regard to your business. She told multiple customers they should go somewhere else and she has been working there 26 years. She uses racial slurs against Somalis. If the permanent lady at this place is not available, please send someone who is considerate of your customers. A great business but you have an awful apple in your team and you should get rid off her. Absolutely worst human I ever came across. You know who I am talking about!

Used these guys off and on for a few years for ironing and dry cleaning. Their chemical smells are super strong so I avoided it where possible. Then they lost a slip of mine that was inside a skirt. They refused to look for it or apologize, they insisted that they don't loose things because of their flawless system. Like the titanic will never sink because of it's new inner compartment technology and size. So I will never be going back. All they had to do was pretend to look, and tell me they'd try to look out for it. It's called customer service, and if you're looking for it you won't find it here.
