I wouldn't recommend working with this company for Condo Association management or for a property manager to rent out individual units. The owner of the company (Faith Vokovan) is rude and disrespectful in quite a few of her emails. Her lack of action cost me a sale and has been giving me and others in the association the run-around when it comes to a roof replacement. There are plenty of property managers in the Twin Cities that would be far better choices than Uptown Properties, Inc.
