He arrived at his scheduled time. I had two flat tires. He replaced one flat tire with my spare so it was towed at a reasonable price. Two flat tires would require a flat bed, expensive. To access the spare tire in the trunk he had to remove numerous items in the trunk and put them in the back seat. He had no issues in doing this extra work to get to the spare. My car died on New Year's Day and I was convinced I needed a new battery or alternator. I don't know the name of the guy who came and picked me up the next morning but I told him what was going on and he suggested it might be a problem with the post connecting my battery. Sure enough, when we got to the dealership he offered to check under the hood and found that the post was loose and literally just needed to be tightened. It took him 3 seconds to tighten it for me and the car was good as new. I took the car inside the dealership just to check and they confirmed that that had been the only problem. Starter went out on my car while at a gas station. United was chosen by my roadside assistance provider. They showed up about 20 minutes late past the quoted time, but the driver was super nice and helpful. Very pleased with the service I received and the help the driver gave me in trying to get the car started before hooking it up for a tow. Would use again!
