The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of Totally Tan & Spa's cancelation policy. The spa and staff were wonderful. I signed up before my son's wedding in Cancun. While you can sign up at the spa and get the same day service, when it's time cancel your membership, you are told you cannot cancel your membership in person at the spa. so welcoming! I used to work for palm beach tan so I was nervous to switch salons but the manager was so sweet, she helped me so much and talked with me throughout my sign up process and even remembered me the second time I came in! On top of the amazing customer service the equipment is to die for! so many nice beds and spa services. my tan looks great!Services: Tanning
