Toftoy Chiro offered text message appointment scheduling, so I messaged Dr. Jon and he told me I could come in 7:30am the next morning! Toftoy chiro is the best! Like the previous reviewer stated- Toftoy too was my first experience at a chiro and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Jon is friendly(extremely) and knowledgable in his craft and I felt totally at ease in his care. An avid professional cyclist and Heath nut he's also a great resource for good exercising and even healthy diet tips. I had a crazy kink in my neck when I woke up one morning that was painful for almost 5 months before I finally caved and made an appt with Jon. After my first session I felt 50% better! A weight was lifted off my shoulders... Quite literally! Toftoy Chiro was my first chiropractic experience and it was a great one. Jon Toftoy (owner and doctor) was a joy to work with. I was definitely nervous (this being my first time) and he explained every detail of the appointment to help me feel at home. He asked before he made any adjustments to make sure I was comfortable, which calmed me. He not only took interest in adjusting me, he also took the care to address concerns of nutrition and exercise. His approach is very holistic. I highly recommend this new Twin Cities practice!
