So I have been going to Susuan for about 3 years I would have to say as a family man with 5 children and my wife and I all have hair this places is great I can bring my whole family and be in and out in a few hours Susan is the only one I let do my hair do to the fact that I am tender headed her shop does not stink like other African shops she pays attention to what you want done and will make sure it right also I have to say that constantly open even in the worst’s weather she always provides the hair for my daughters
Susan did not do my nieces hair, but it is still gorgeous not too much tension my niece loves her hair. I graduated from empire beauty school with Susan and this was my first time visiting her shop and I was not disappointed. I will be bringing more of my nieces to her shop.
I was a walk in on a Wednesday and they were able to see me right away. I have short, 4c hair and they were able to braid it without being too tight! For small, mid-back length box braids, I was quoted a price that was comparable to other places. It took 5 hours which isn’t bad. I was impressed. The staff was nice and welcoming. I’d go back.
