I recently had a great experience with Alex! It was my first time having my hair colored and I had no idea what I was doing or necessarily looking for. Alex was so kind, welcoming, and inclusive. She explained different options and walked me through the whole process. I absolutely love my new little blonde money pieces, and I feel so much more confident to explore new colors and styles with my hair in the future.
