I got a Groupon for a service and she refused to honor it. Usually when I get a Groupon I usually will buy more like adding my neck and ect and buy products because I know I got a deal but she refused to honor my Groupon . I would not recommend going here . If you offer a deal honor it!!!! I will not go here ever again.

I had a treatment with Seven. She’s amazing, she was fast, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and enjoyable. Anyone who’s looking for self care and treatments should come here. I’ll be back

She actually burned my face! I went in for the Cryopen and had to lead her into explaining the process to me. She didn't tell me any information and proceeded with the procedure with limited information, likely because her friend was in the lobby and they were talking the whole time. I now have a burn mark on my face the size of a pencil eraser. When I reached out to her about it, she sent me a copy of the waiver suggesting she wasn't liable for any of the damages. She also suggested I rub essential oils on the scar as Young Living oils cured her of cancer... hmmm....horrible all around.
